Pure Flame Co Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Pure Flame Co, we offer secure and convenient payment options for all your fireplace and fire pit purchases. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal
  • Affirm (financing available on qualifying orders)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Wire Transfers (for commercial/bulk orders - contact us for details)
  • Purchase Orders (for qualified businesses - subject to credit approval)

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Payment Processing

  • Immediate Payment Required: Full payment must be completed at the time of purchase
  • Order Confirmation: Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified
  • Declined Payments: If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed and items may be released from your cart
  • Authorization Holds: We may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method to verify funds availability

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices listed on pureflameco.com are in United States Dollars (USD)
  • The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Custom Orders: Pricing for custom fireplaces and installations will be provided via formal quote

4. Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws
  • Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption certificates before purchase
  • Canadian orders: Duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout

5. Secure Payment Processing

  • Pure Flame Co uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways
  • We do not store your credit card information on our servers
  • All payment data is tokenized and processed through secure third-party processors
  • Your financial information is never directly accessible to our staff

6. Financing Options

  • Affirm Financing: Available on orders over $500 (subject to credit approval)
  • Commercial Terms: Net 30 terms available for qualified businesses
  • Volume Discounts: Available for bulk orders - contact our sales team

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Modifications: Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours
  • Custom Orders: Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins
  • Restocking Fees: Cancelled orders after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Unauthorized Chargebacks: We will dispute all unauthorized chargebacks. Please contact us first to resolve any issues
  • Chargeback Fees: Customers may be responsible for chargeback fees if dispute is found invalid

9. Fraud Prevention

  • Pure Flame Co reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Additional identity verification may be required for:
    • First-time customers placing high-value orders
    • Orders with billing/shipping address mismatches
    • International orders
  • We may contact you to verify order details before processing

10. Price Matching

  • We offer price matching on identical in-stock items from authorized dealers
  • Price match requests must be submitted before purchase
  • Exclusions apply for clearance items, special promotions, and third-party marketplace sellers

11. Deposits & Special Orders

  • Custom Fireplaces: 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
  • Special Orders: Full payment or 50% deposit may be required
  • Installation Services: Deposit requirements vary by project scope
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production/ordering begins

12. Terms of Sale

  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
  • Limit Quantities: We may limit quantities purchased per customer

13. Privacy & Security

  • We comply with all applicable data protection regulations
  • Your payment information is encrypted and secure
  • We never sell or share your financial information

14. Dispute Resolution
