- Shipping & Delivery: Free on Ground or LTL Freight on all orders (contiguous U.S.). Electric fireplaces ≤60″: processing 1–2 business days, transit 3–6 business days via UPS/FedEx. Larger/oversize items ship by scheduled curbside LTL. Expedited/white-glove available on request.
Returns
- Returns & Exchanges: 30-day window; item must be unused in original packaging. Parcels ≤70 lb receive a prepaid label; freight >150 lb is customer-arranged or $199 flat pickup. Restocking: 0% unopened / 15% opened / 25% installed or used. Exclusions: fuel, final sale, custom items. Refunds post ~5 business days after inspection.
